The Kindled Heart platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Point Holdings, LLC dba The Pivot Point and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Point Holdings, LLC dba The Pivot Point shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Kindled Heart.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on the platform. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
